Payment

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your place on any of the group or 1:1 courses. The digital course and pregnancy relaxation class must be paid for in full at the time of booking. The remaining balance for your chosen course will be due no later than 3 weeks prior to the course starting, if you have opted for a payment plan. Flexible payment terms must be agreed in advance.

Cancellations

If your baby arrives before the course begins, you will receive a full refund. This is the only circumstance in which a full refund will be made.

If you wish to cancel your course, the following rules apply:

• If you cancel more than 3 weeks prior to the course starting you will receive a refund if you have paid in full, minus the £50 deposit

• If you cancel less than 3 weeks before the course starting, no refund will be given

• If you cancel after one or more sessions of the course have been completed, no refund will be given

If you cannot attend the selected date, I will try and accommodate you on another course that suits, however as courses get booked in advance, this may not always be possible. Please do speak to me about this as soon as you are aware you cannot attend, so I can help as best I can.

In the very unlikely event that I need to cancel a full course, I will let you know via email immediately. I will seek to re-arrange the course as soon as possible. If you cannot attend the re-arranged course, you will be given the option to join another course, or receive a full refund. If I need to cancel one session of a course, I will seek to re-arrange that session as soon as possible. If you cannot attend the re-arranged session, I will contact you to discuss options. This may look like watching a pre-recorded video of that session, or working with you 1:1 for one session.

If for any reason the in person course cannot take place for example, in extreme weather, or per government guidelines, the event will either be rescheduled or the course will take place over live video link.

Rescheduling Sessions

For participants taking a private one to one course, 48 hours notice must be given in changing appointment dates or times. Where this is not done the participants will be liable for the session fee calculated as the total fee, after deduction of the £50 deposit, divided by the number of sessions in the course. Exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstances.

General

Participants take part in Hypnobirthing sessions with the understanding that the content of the course is in no way intended to be taken as medical advice. Participants should seek the advice of a health-care provider to answer any health-related or pregnancy-related issues surrounding their pregnancy, their labour or their birth Holly Richardson, Birth Then Baby can not be held responsible for any decisions that you make regarding your pregnancy and birth.

Any questions or concerns you have about using Hypnobirthing should be discussed with your healthcare professional.

Taking a Hypnobirthing course in no way guarantees a certain birth outcome.
