After years of supporting mums and parents through pregnancy and postpartum as a mental health therapist, I know exactly what helps and what doesn’t. Rest + Reset isn’t just a nice idea; it’s built on real, practical techniques that actually work.

What if I feel nervous?
Totally get it. Walking into something new—especially when you’re already feeling overwhelmed - can feel a bit daunting. But I promise, this isn’t one of those awkward, “let’s go around the circle and introduce ourselves” kind of things. No pressure to talk, share, or do anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
And don’t worry - I’ll probably overshare within the first 10 minutes anyway, making you feel totally at ease before you even have time to feel awkward.
Most people feel a bit nervous before coming to something like this, but every single time, by the end, they’re wondering why they ever hesitated.
